Last updated: April 2026. These terms govern your use of Synthetix Lab's website and services.
Synthetix Lab provides digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, social media management, and AI automation services to businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are defined in individual service agreements.
Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. Services may be suspended for accounts overdue by more than 30 days.
Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables created specifically for them. Synthetix Lab retains rights to all proprietary tools, methodologies and processes used to deliver services.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
Synthetix Lab's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months prior to any claim. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, rankings or results, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
